Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Processing & Delivery Times

We generally process and ship orders within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping time can vary from 3–10 days depending on your delivery address.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day. This does not apply to custom or special orders, or express shipping.

Communication & Incomplete Addresses

Please use an active email that you check daily. If we have questions about your order (for example, an incomplete address) and cannot reach you, we may be forced to cancel your order.

Shipping Insurance & Responsibility

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your package at checkout. We are no longer insuring or taking responsibility for lost, mis-delivered, or damaged packages.

Once a package leaves our warehouse with the carrier, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure the shipment if they so choose.

Incorrect or Returned Addresses

We ship orders to the address the customer provides. Two Hands Paperie is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses. Customers must contact the carrier to redirect or return packages delivered incorrectly.

We do not issue refunds for lost packages or refund shipping charges for improperly addressed orders. If a package is returned damaged, we will not issue a refund for the merchandise and do not reship for free.

Shipping Charges

All orders will have shipping charges added unless otherwise noted. Charges are based on weight, size, and destination. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Flat-rate and free shipping specials are only available within the Continental United States. Flat-rate shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may include additional surcharges.

Oversized or heavy packages may incur extra charges. You will be contacted for approval if surcharges apply to your order.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We reuse packing materials and shipping boxes from deliveries whenever possible. Please reuse or recycle these materials.

Shipping Methods

Our preferred carriers are UPS and USPS. When flat-rate or free shipping is chosen, orders are shipped via the ground method we choose—usually UPS Ground or USPS Ground Saver, and occasionally USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Since we ship mainly with UPS, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a street address for shipping. 

UPS Ground and USPS Ground Saver deliver within 5–10 days in the Continental U.S., but may take up to two weeks. USPS Priority Mail usually takes 3–10 days depending on location.

Expedited shipping can be arranged for an additional fee. Please email us before placing your order if you need expedited shipping. Expedited options include UPS, FedEx, and USPS Express (usually 1–2 days).

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be emailed the day your package ships. Please check your Spam folder if you cannot find your tracking email.

The Reality of Shipping Packages

With millions of packages moving daily, delays, mis-deliveries, damages, and losses can occur. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your package at checkout, as we are no longer responsible once it leaves our warehouse.

No carrier can guarantee that a package will arrive undamaged or on time. While most shipments arrive safely, some may not, and this is outside our control.

Carriers often share delivery routes. USPS, FedEx, and UPS may transfer packages between one another or regional carriers. Once a package changes carriers, tracking may not update until final delivery. This is the current reality of shipping logistics.
