The Goliath ballpen cartridge is a proprietary cartridge that fits the Caran d'Ache 849 series of ballpen. It is available in black or blue, in fine or medium nib. 

The Goliath cartridge which offers the longest use life of any ballpoint pen- up to 600 pages of A4 size paper.
